To All Radio Amateurs
 
Solar activity remains very low.  Solar flux was almost ten points
lower last week compared to the week before.  The short term outlook
is for activity to stay fairly flat, with the flux to rise to around
80 between September 4 through 9.  Active geomagnetic conditions due
to a recurring coronal hole are expected around September 6 to 12.
 
Sunspot Numbers from August 18 through 24 were 62, 65, 58, 40, 12,
38 and 50, with a mean of 46.4.  10.7 cm flux was 77.4, 75.3, 72.3,
71.1, 70.6, 71.9 and 71.9, with a mean of 72.9.
