Program Manager Wrapper for NT is designed to be a wrapper around Program
Manager instead of a replacement for Program Manager. This approach gives the
conveniences of a shell replacement, while guaranteeing complete
compatibility with applications which require or assume Program Manager's
services. This also guarantees that should you decide for some inconceivable
reason to stop using Program Manager Wrapper for NT, Program Manager will
reflect all the changes you have made to your system since installing it.

The idea behind Program Manager Wrapper for NT's is simple. A menu is created
for each group in Program Manager. One of the groups can be specified as the "button"
group (see The Configuration Dialog for details). The button group is used to make a
quick launch button bar. Then Program Manager is optionally hidden from view to keep
the desktop uncluttered while giving you access to all your programs. Program Manager
Wrapper for NT is not crippled in any way. However it is not freeware. Try Program
Manager Wrapper for NT. If you find it useful the registration for an individual
user is $15. Unlimited site licenses are available for $150. Please send registration
fees to

Release Information
---------------------
11/93 - Initial release

1/94 - Release 1.1
 * Holding down the control key when pressing a button or using a menu
will show the application information instead of launching the
   application

 * Putting /f on the command line will force PMWrap to change to the
directory specified before the application before launching it. This should not
be necessary, but can be tried if the proper directory does not seem
   to be set.

 * If more than one line of menu items is present, the launch bar is no longer cut
   off

 * Common Groups are now handled properly (with thanks to Dale Thompson for
pointing out not only the problem, but also the solution).

 * A Refresh Information item was added to the Options menu to allow the
information from Program Manager to be refreshed without having to hide
   Program Manager.
