ARTISOFT NOW SHIPPING CORSTREAM DEDICATED SERVER

Offers High Performance, Fault Tolerance & Mission-Critical Reliability for
LANtastic Network Users

(TUCSON, AZ--June 20, 1994)--Artisoft, Inc. announced today that it has
begun shipping the CorStream server, a dedicated server for the Artisoft
LANtastic network operating system. The server is a full-featured runtime
version of Novell's NetWare 4 network operating system combined with a
high-performance, 32-bit LANtastic network NetWare Loadable Module (NLM).

"With the integration of the NetWare 4 high-performance server operating
system and the LANtastic network look and feel, we believe the CorStream
server offers a very powerful and easy-to-use server solution," said
Artisoft's Vice President of Engineering Sunil Padiyar. 'It is well-suited
for workgroups or small- to mid-sized companies that need this performance
and power plus fault tolerance for mission-critical operations," he
added.

The dedicated server is the result of an agreement signed earlier this
year, which provided for Artisoft's licensing of Novell's client-server
technology.

"We're pleased to be working with Artisoft to bring the power and
reliability of NetWare 4 to Artisoft's customers worldwide," said Toby
Corey, Senior Director of Marketing for Novell's NetWare Products
Division. "The CorStream server provides Artisoft's customers with a
dedicated server solution that delivers the best of what they've come to
expect from two of the leading networking vendors."

"Many of our customers and system integrators had requested a dedicated
server solution to complement their LANtastic installations," said
Artisoft's Vice President of Sales and Support Joel A. Davis. 'We believe
the combination of the CorStream server and the LANtastic v6.0 network
will provide users with a very powerful, flexible and easy-to-use solution
for their networking needs," he added.

Pricing

The CorStream dedicated server is sold as a standalone server for use
within existing LANtastic networks, or as a network solution kit including
the server and the LANtastic v6.0 client software. Both offerings come in
5-, 10-, 25-, 50- and 100-user kits. Pricing for these user kits starts at
$949 (MSRP) for the 5-user standalone version, and $1149 (MSRP) for the
5-user network bundle.

For a limited time, all kits sold in the U.S. include an Eagle Technology
EP3210 EISA Ethernet adapter, and all kits sold internationally include an
Eagle Technology NE3210 EISA adapter. The server is available through all
Artisoft sales channels.

To facilitate customer queries, Artisoft has established a dedicated
technical support line exclusively for CorStream server users:
602/670-7001.

The CorStream server complements Artisoft's scalable line of network
operating system solutions, which include the entry-level Simply LANtastic
network for the small office/home office market and the recently released
LANtastic v6.0 network.
