Comdisco Adds Trinzic's ObjectPro and Forest & Trees Software to Roster of
Preferred Development Tools for Client/Server

Palo Alto, CA, July 6, 1994--Comdisco, Inc. (NYSE:CDO) and Trinzic (NASDAQ:
TRNZ) announced today that Comdisco will add Trinzic Corporation's
ObjectPro object-oriented client/server development tool and award-winning
Forest & Trees decision support software to the company's roster of
preferred products for resale to Comdisco customers. Comdisco now becomes
a reseller of these Trinzic products in addition to the agreement to
re-market InfoHub, announced in April of this year.
