Synchronet Version 3.0 Alpha Site Requirements

As of March 31, 2000, Synchronet v3.00a for Windows 95/98 has gone into wide
(public) beta release. Download SBUP300A.ZIP.

You must have Synchronet v2.3 (SBBS230B.ZIP) installed prior to upgrading to
v3 and currently, only Windows 95/98 is fully supported.
