What's new in Synchronet Version 1c
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
ARS {tm} Security:
	ARS (Access Requirement String) Security advances the flexibility and
	user friendliness of Synchronet's already superior security system to a
	level un-seen in the BBS software industry.
	Using plain english, sysops can now tell Synchronet which users have
	what kind of access to which sections and when. Requirements can be
	any combination of the following:
	LEVEL		(0-99)
	FLAG		(104 available)
	AGE		(year's since birth)
	SEX		(gender)
	BPS		(connect rate)
	NODE		(node number)
	PCR		(Post/Call ratio)
	TIME		(time of day)
	TLEFT		(time left online)
	TUSED		(time used this call)
	USER		(user number)
	ARS understands logic words including AND, OR, NOT, and EQUAL so you
	can contruct AR strings that read like sentences:
	LEVEL 40 AND AGE 18
	You can even nest logic statements for advanced AR strings:
	(BPS 2400 AND PCR 20) OR LEVEL 90
	Short-hand symbols are available to create AR strings with a large
	number of requirements and logic operators giving sysops the ultimate
	flexibility in security.
	And ARS Security is available for every section of a Synchronet BBS.
	It's never been easier for sysops to determine who can do what and
	when.
